With international experience across Europe and South America, including time in Michelin-recommended kitchens, Gabriel brings a deep love of Italian cooking to every dish. After relocating to the Hunter Valley and helping open multiple local venues, he launched Jonny’s to share the food he’s most passionate about: nostalgic, soulful Italian meals made to bring people together. His style is simple, honest, and flavour-driven - because at the end of the day, great food is about connection, comfort, and a very good sauce.
